The Aeroporos or “Wooly Hopper” are a nomadic species indigenous to the frigid surface of Stalbez, Lau-Tem Pála’s only moon. The most populous intelligent native species found on Stalbez’s surface, the Aeroporos live in small communities and construct their dwellings within massive ice caves. Despite their cuddly appearance, the Aeroporos are adept survivalists who display fierce loyalty to their close-knit communities.

The Aeroporos have spent the majority of their evolution without contact with the isolated Zuteh of Stalbez’s vast mountains. Before Human colonization, the Aeroporos were unaware of the Ogyr and their sub-glacial aquatic societies.

Only small patches of the Aeroporos’ dark blubbery skin are ever visible as they are typically covered in a thick brown pelt. They tend to be short in stature, the tallest Aeroporos might only reach the hip of an average Human. A long beak used for fishing and defense stretches out far beyond their face, and behind it, a large crown of colorful feathers entices mates and intimidates would-be predators.
