Deep under the frozen oceans of Stalbez, the Ogyr thrive in an advanced underwater civilization known as Voulba. Constructed from the remains of an ancient enigmatic civilization called the Neamní, who once populated much of Deadstar, Voulba began as a humble agrarian community built in the shadow of a lost people. Because Ogyr place a strong emphasis on revelry and community within their culture, many of Voulba’s gathering hubs are located within vast Neamní ruins, modified to accommodate large Ogyr social gatherings.
