The first settlement created by Humans in Deadstar, Terra Parva held its greatest influence during the Chameiro War. In the decades that followed the war, when Humanity gained access to the resources necessary for further expansion into the system, Æntezi dominance began to fade. Now a living relic of Humanity’s imperial beginnings in Deadstar, Æntez’s sphere of influence slowly dwindles. A shadow of its former glory, Terra Parva’s remaining population comprises only those in the lap of dynastic power and those without the means to leave.

The Æntezi Empire abide strict social classes that are most defined in the capital of Æntez, Terra Parva. The Zule Dynaty, a collection of noble Azurian families who rose to power during the Cerkata Uprising, remain at the apex of social hierarchy. The Zule model themselves on a combination of the Human empires of the old world as well as the alien Bek empire. The core tenets of Æntezi society are strength through dominance, purity of genetics, and social hegemony. The Æntezi Hadiocratic philosophy on social order can be broken down simply as in-group and out-group. The in-group is defined by those with universally ordained power via genetics (Azurians), wealth, or might. The out-group is a nebulous and shifting population that has seemingly grown over the years of Æntezi rule. During the Cerkata Uprising, the out-group was clearly defined as ISSC leadership and its supporters, a group that had just led Humanity into a disastrous war on Chameiro; though, it is important to recognize the hypocrisy of the Azurian-led Æntezi Empire chastising the ISSC for Humanity’s catastrophic loses on Chameiro while simultaneously praising the power and cunning of the Bek, a party that is equally (if not more) responsible for the Chameiro War. It is within these channels of hypocrisy where Æntezi society defines itself. “Humanity first,” while its leaders are themselves not fully Human.

Life for the out-group in Terra Parva is contained within parameters set by the ruling class. Ownership of personal property, representation in government, and social mobility are rights only afforded to those deemed worthy. Much of the population on Æntez are relegated to servitude and fiefdom within civs like Terra Parva. Within the massive biodome that encompasses the civ, farms stretch far and wide. Lush green agricultural worked by the Rawt, a servant class within Æntezi society comprised of members of the out-group. Beyond the farmland lie townships which operate like micro kingdoms in their own right, with a lord who oversees the population and to whom taxes and wealth are filtered upwards.

The citadel stands in the center of the Terra Parva biodome, the only Rawt found within it are the workers who serve the wealthy and nobility. The Terra Parva citadel is host to the grandest displays of wealth and excess in all of the Deadstar system. Buildings ascend high enough to break through the atmosphere, plazas are laid with massive streets of polished marble, noble houses are adorned with intricately carved columns and massive banners displaying coats of arms. On the streets of citadel are limousines carrying the elite, nobility and their cadre of armed Azurian Knights on parade, and an overwhelming military presence. This is the center of Hadiocratic power.
