San Kepla is a gigantic city-state located on the middle ring of the Starcity, Gärbo. Defined by its sprawling concrete and steel hives (housing and commerce communities which serve as self contained urban ecosystems), massive starscrapers, and dozens of layers of  bustling skyway. 

San Kepla is the beating heart of the Nouvieux economy. The home of the NTF Stock Exchange and the Gärbo Central Bank, San Kepla serves as the financial center for every publicly traded company in Deadstar. Every aspect of the culture within San Kepla is down stream of the money at its center — Massive corporations serving as defacto lords who dictate both policy and law.  

One’s status in San Kepla is determined entirely by their affluence and employer. Strict classes are defined by which corp owns you. Whether you’re a suit or a criminal, San Kepla welcomes all so long as your money talks. 

While those within the NTF’s imperial core experience relative peace compared to those on their other end of its boot, San Kepla is host to its own brand of warfare in the form of corporate espionage. Players like the Krimzen and Contellis are hired by companies to sabotage competition, silence dissenters, and steal information to fuel the ruthless perpetual growth that the NTF demands.  If you find yourself in the San Kepla snake pit be wary that everyone has their own agenda, and self-interest is worth killing over.
