DESCRIPTION: Raised from birth to follow the Bellumite Devos creed of valor, the Xoldatin are hunters devoted to the ancient dogma of Xanguige (blood pilgrimage). The Xanguige requires a Xoldatin to seek a worthy warrior to best in equal combat. If a Xoldatin warrior is defeated during their Xanguige, Devos tradition holds that the victor’s dna is to be extracted and added to the Bellumite genetic pool. The Bellumite Puros (distant relatives to the Devos) view the Xanguige as a bastardization of warfare and an ancient relic of tradition best forgotten.
