Hai-Lau is a large island city to the west of the Logobadi coastline. The first non-Kotensurain controlled sovereign city post Human colonization of Kørt, Hai-Lauan has had a long history of independence. During the Kørtisian Conflict, Hau-Lau supported the KUP.

Long before Humans ever arrived to the Deadstar system, Hai-Lau was one of Kørt’s most complex societies, boasting a large market city and vast underwater infrastructure. Originally home to Pongaw, Vit-Sev, and Vit-Oko natives, Hai-Lau’s population has ballooned in recent years. Since the end of the Kørtisian conflict, the island has experienced an influx of tourism and urban development.
