Oeba Energy Services is the largest private energy supplier in the system. Headquartered in Felsbloc, Chameiro, OES was the direct successor of Criterion Atomic after its fall in the wake of the ISSC dissolution.

OES was late to break into fusion development and invested heavily in the Hi-Cap City project. After the Hi-Cap City government fell, OES was left financially ruined. Facing bankruptcy, OES lobbied the Æntezi government to eliminate rising energy competitors. OES was saved when Æntez decided to force all private and public procurement of oil and electricity to go through OES.

As OES regained their dominance, they developed new subsidiaries like Gel-X and Durara and acquired known brands like Sentai-Go! to compete in energy-adjacent marketplaces.
