The Human Verity Project (HVP) first began on Earth, before Arc was launched for Deadstar. The program’s initial goal was to prepare Humans for the long voyage to Adonai, ensuring comfort and adaptability in the coming centuries aboard their starship home. Before launching Arc, the Human Verity Project achieved several breakthroughs in biological technology including: fully incubated and expedited Human gestation, suspended cryonic animation, and genetic editing. When Humanity established colonies throughout Deadstar, the HVP populated the system to meet settlement demands. This process of extreme expedited population growth was called “Exponential Bio Broadcasting” or “EBB,” a process which has since been outlawed due to birth defects. HVP’s new Human population effort “Fixed Low-interference Offspring” or “FLO” focuses on sustainable and healthy population growth.
